Shopkick Social Loyalty League – Official Rules and Terms
OFFICIAL RULES
Our Social Loyalty Program is an exclusive way to reward Shopkickers for engaging with us on Instagram (if you don’t already, follow us here). Every time you comment, share, mention, or tag us in a Story, you’ll earn loyalty points! As you move up the tiers, you’ll unlock special promo codes that you can redeem in our app for bonus kicks. Keep interacting and start earning!
By participating in the Shopkick Social Loyalty League (the “Program”), you agree to comply with the following rules and regulations (the “Official Rules”). The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Participation in the Program constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Shopkick, Inc. (“Shopkick”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.
1-Eligibility
The Program is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older, who are followers of Shopkick on Instagram.
2-How to Earn Points
Participants can earn points as follows:
Comment on official Shopkick Instagram posts: Earn 10 points for each comment on an eligible official Shopkick Instagram post.
Tag official Shopkick handle in your post: Earn 5 points for tagging Shopkick in an eligible Instagram post.
Tag official Shopkick handle in your caption: Earn 5 points for tagging Shopkick in your Instagram post caption.
Share official Shopkick Instagram post on your story: Earn 5 points for sharing an official Shopkick Instagram post on your Instagram Story.
Note: Points are only earned on official Shopkick Instagram posts. Participants can earn a maximum of 30 points per day.
3-Promotions and Rewards
As participants collect points, they will reach milestones that unlock exclusive rewards. Shopkick will notify participants through Direct Message (DM) on Instagram with a unique promo code, to use in-app, when they hit a milestone.

Important: Promo codes are for individual use only. Sharing a promo code will result in the loss of the promo code for the participant.
Direct Messages: Shopkick will only contact participants regarding rewards through the official Shopkick Instagram account (@shopkick). We will never message you from a different account or request sensitive information.
4-Program Termination
Shopkick reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Shopkick’s control that affect the integrity of the Program. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may result in disqualification and legal action.
5-General Conditions
Participation in the Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Shopkick reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to follow these Official Rules or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
By participating in the Program, you agree to allow Shopkick to use your Instagram handle and any content shared in connection with the Program for promotional purposes without compensation.
Shopkick assumes no responsibility for any errors, technical failures, or delays in the transmission or receipt of entries. Shopkick is not responsible for any misdirected, lost, or delayed submissions.
6-No Affiliation with Instagram
The Shopkick Social Loyalty League is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with the Program in any way. Instagram is not responsible for any content, rewards, or claims related to this Program.
7-Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless Shopkick, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from their participation in the Program or the receipt of any reward.
8-Privacy Policy
By participating in the Program, participants agree that Shopkick may collect and use their personal information in accordance with the Shopkick Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.shopkick.com/privacy-policy.
9-Governing Law
These Official Rules and any disputes arising from the Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
