Experts say that the best way to keep your resolutions is to set smaller, more realistic goals and planning out the steps you will take to achieve them. For example, rather than promising to lose weight, pledge to lose one pound a week until you reach your goal. Instead of resolving to eat healthier, commit to planning meals three times a week and perhaps eating red meat once a week.
